Shipping & Returns

Custom made signs: We will usually ship your banner the business day after we receive your proof approval. Shipping usually takes from 1-3 business days in the continental US. Residents of Hawaii, Alaska and outlying territories may have to wait another day or two. When requesting a custom made banner or sign we encourage our customers to begin developing their sign early to allow us to work together producing the best product. The total time actual time from placement of the order to receipt will depend, in part, on how fast you approve the Proof. Once the proof is approved, it is processed the same as all our banners. It is printed in one business day and shipped the next.

Standard UPS shipping is roughly $8 for shipping a banner. It may increase a dollar to two depending on how many signs are ordered. If you need faster delivery, next-day and two-day is available at $40 or $20 respectively

Our custom made Website Banners: The banners that are created on our website are printed within in one business day and are shipped the next day.
